2.Annual Fees All-inclusive

This fee structure is designed for companies and parents who want to pay a once-off fee to include the following:- Lunch, clubs, books, school trips, tuckshop, uniforms(3 sets) afterschool supervision and an administration fee.

5. Payment conditions

4.1 Cash payments should preferably be deposited directly to our bank account (at any Stanbic Bank Branch), please see below for the relevant bank details. Once this is done please immediately present the deposit slip to the school office for school record purposes and to collect a receipt.

Ø If you are unable to do this, please note that cash payments are accepted in the school office strictly between 8:00am and 12:00 noon Mon – Fri.

4.2 Cheque payments are payable to Ambrosoli Limited.

Payment in USD cheque is subject to a clearing charge of Apprx. USD 45.

The school fees are in USD. Payment in UGX is acceptable at the rate indicated by the school office. Please ask in advance.

4.3 Bank transfers should be made within the period specified below. The date applicable will be the date the amount is credited in Ambrosoli Limited account.

All bank charges for bank transfers and bounced cheques are payable by the drawer.

Each terms fees are due by the end of week 2 of the new school term. Late payments will incur penalty charges of 10% of the total amount

Fees for new students are payable by the first day of school .
