The School Board

The Ambrosoli International School Board of Directors is the expression of the ownership of the school, Ambrosoli Ltd Company, and its mandate is the management of the school. Ambrosoli Ltd is a shareholder's company. It inherited the school from a non profit organisation of Italian origin which opened the school in the nineties. The need to develop the original school lead to the creation of the shareholder's company. The shareholders are all present or past parents of students enrolled at Ambrosoli.

The Board comprises five members: four are nominated and elected by the shareholder's and one is elected by the parents of the school as their Representative on the Board. The Board meets regularly to discuss all the affairs of the School. The main instruments of communication to the Board are the key positions within the management team: the Head Teacher for educational aspects, and the Administrator for all school administrative issues. All Board members are renewed annually.
