Our school has a supremely welcoming yet challenging environment, where individuals are treasured while being empowered to “reach for the stars” and believe in themselves. Our pupils are inspired to be confident, enquiring, creative, reflective and motivated learners; their individual talents are nourished and celebrated. Our teaching is tailored to individual needs, to encourage all our children to flourish, grow in self-confidence and above all fulfill their potential now and in tomorrow’s world. We welcome parents as partners in their children’s education. Parents are a real and vibrant force in our school. We have an active PTA, parent class reps and parents on our School Board. We have ongoing and open dialogue with parents and value their close partnership to enhance our student’s enrichment and development. To borrow the words of the Sioux Chief, Sitting Bull, we believe in “..put(ting) our minds together to see what life we can make for our children.”
In the past 3 years we have grown from having 35 students to our current role of 185; with Primary and Early Years students ranging from 2 to 12 years of age. We represent 42 nations with a strong base of Ugandan students and long term Kampala families. Our growth and diversity is a true reflection of the success and esteem placed in our exciting learning environment. Until this website was formed our marketing was primarily through “word of mouth” praise from members of our school community. We offer a superb and unique education and we are proud of the excellent reputation we have gained in the wider community
