Each year, Ambrosoli, through the students in the school council, chooses a different charity to partner with.
Ambrosoli has chosen to partner with the USPCA which aims to educate people about animals and to find homes for strays. This year’s focus with the USPCA is through child-centered activities and interaction, which includes visits to their premises to help with washing dogs and taking them for a walk. Our goal is for our students at Ambrosoli to engage in a wide variety of social and creative activities.
Ambrosoli’s Community Service Team will exercise their leadership skills, as they create activities to raise money for a the USPCA. We aim to help our students to gain a sense of self worth, where they have the ability to understand their own feelings and interests, learn to work well with others and identify and comprehend the emotional state of the animals.
If you have any blankets, feeding bowls, collars or leads or anything that may be useful for the USPCA, please put in the green box on the mezzanine at school.
