Gopa Das Crockford – Year 3 Mabira Teacher
My name is Gopa and I have been teaching at Ambrosoli since August 2015. I started my teaching career in 1989 and have taught in various International Schools around the world, including schools in India, UK, and the United States of America. My husband and I are very happy to be back in Uganda after 16 years. We love Africa, having lived in Zimbabwe until 1995. We have one daughter who is studying at the University of Bath, in the U.K.
I feel very passionate about teaching and feel privileged to be given the care of your children. It is a great joy to spend the day putting a love of learning into the curious and inquisitive minds of children. I often wonder, is there a more rewarding job? Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and if I can help to improve the learning of your child in any way.
