Chocolate Bake Sale

Year 4 children raised 1,078,000 UGX for Brass for Africa!   Year 4 children have been busy all term learning about chocolate in IPC and then setting up their chocolate companies. After school fundraising activities

Well done to all the children in the Community Link club for all their hard work preparing for yesterday’s fundraising event. They raised 382,000 UGX from their lucky dip, guess the name of the teddy, guess how many sweets in the jar and book swap. All this money will go to Brass for Africa. Bean to Bar workshop

Today we visited Moonbean Chocolate and took part in a ‘bean to bar’ chocolate-making workshop. We learnt a lot and even made our own chocolates to take home. Community Link Club

Every Wednesday we spend one hour after school thinking about ideas to continue to support ‘Brass For Africa’ in our community link club. For example, we think of fundraising ideas to help Brass for Africa continue their music lessons for underprivileged children and buy more equipment.
