We all thoroughly enjoyed our Year 5 trip last week. The mosque visit was very informative and the children behaved with the utmost respect. We really appreciated the fabulous views of Kampala from the top of the minaret. At the Uganda Museum the children really put their learning in to practice while studying Ugandan historical artefacts and discussing what we could learn about the past from them. We finished off with a delicious ‘Mayan’ lunch at ‘Que Pasa’ before heading back to school. The children behaved brilliantly throughout the trip and were great ambassadors for Ambrosoli.
